Return Policy

We are always keen to shop our customers with confidence and reassurance by refunding the value of their purchases or exchanging them with one of our products, taking into account the following terms and conditions of exchange and return

 

Request for return or exchange for the value of the products purchased through the online store within a maximum of 7 days from the date the customer received the product.

The purchases to be exchanged or refunded must be in good condition, not opened or used, in their original packaging, and in the same original condition upon receipt.

It is required that the product codes or serial numbers on the packaging are intact and that the packaging is not damaged.

It is required to return the gifts that the customer obtained with the product upon purchase in their original packaging and in their original condition, when exchanging or returning.

In the event of a return and after receiving the returned product and verifying it if the payment process is cash upon receipt, the value of the order will be refunded as a credit to your account in the online store, where you can use it later to purchase other products. Refund the amount to the same account in which the purchase was made, and the period of time for the return is according to the bank to which the account belongs.

Loyalty points are not refundable for orders whose value is paid in whole or in part by points, but the value of the paid part is refunded by one of the payment methods available on the online store.

Special mixtures (which are installed according to the customer’s request) and used products cannot be exchanged or retrieved, nor can purchases of mixtures, oil perfumes, incense sticks, and products that are not closed or wrapped in safety packaging or closures, in order to maintain public health and safety.

The customer shall bear all shipping costs incurred by the replacement or return, and they will be determined and notified to the customer after receiving the exchange or return request.

Delivery fees, cash on delivery fees, gift wrapping fees are not refundable in any way.

International orders sent outside the United Arab Emirates are not exchangeable or refundable.

The replacement or return request is submitted via the e-mail info@ma-ward.net, indicating the order number or invoice with evidence of the product or products desired to be returned, and the customer will be contacted within 48 hours of receiving the e-mail to arrange the replacement or return process.
