Cancellation Policy

We look forward to serving you in a manner that matches your aspirations in providing this service, so to ensure a smooth delivery, you must provide us with a clear delivery address. The delivery address must contain the building, villa or apartment number, street name, city, city, historical note and zip code, and must contain a valid phone number and full contact name(s) as per the form provided.

Before placing an order, you are kindly requested to check the product description carefully and you must agree to be bound by the terms of sales listed in the “My Shopping Cart” and “Product Information, Stock and Pricing” terms.

Your orders are shipped through the home delivery service of our delivery partner every day except Friday and delivered within a maximum of 5 working days.

If the order is less than 500 dirhams, an amount of 50 dirhams will be paid for delivery

But if it is more than 500 dirhams, the customer is exempted from delivery fees

In the event that the customer chooses the method of payment upon receipt, the customer will bear an additional fee of 30 additional AED on each order

Usually door to door delivery, but there may be some cases where this is not possible due to courier company restrictions or local laws. We and our delivery partner reserve the right not to deliver the Product(s) to a person under 18 years of age at the time of delivery. The customer, after receiving the delivered order, must sign his proof of delivery.
